How we hire

A short written exchange. No cover letter. Two or three questions about work you have actually done.

A conversation, 45 minutes. Mostly about how you think, partly about what we are building.

A paid day. Real work from the real backlog, at your own pace, paid at contractor rate. No take-home puzzles.
- 4
Offer within 48 hours. Salary stated up front and not negotiated down.
