Standards we help you meet

SIA licensing

Licence number, category and expiry held per officer. The scheduler checks the category against the assignment — a Security Guarding licence will not fill a Door Supervision shift — and blocks the booking rather than flagging it afterwards.

BS 7858

Screening to the vetting standard. Five-year employment and address history captured in the app, gaps flagged, reference requests sent and chased, right-to-work evidence stored against the record with an audit trail.

BS 7499

Static site and mobile patrol practice. Assignment instructions versioned and acknowledged, patrol routes with ordered checkpoints and intervals, and a tamper-evident daily occurrence book.

SIA ACS

Approved Contractor Scheme evidence, collected as you go. The ACS view tracks your position against the assessment criteria continuously and exports an evidence pack when the assessor books in, rather than a fortnight of folder-hunting.

Working Time Regulations

Hours and rest enforced on the rota. Weekly limits, consecutive nights and minimum rest between shifts checked as you schedule, with holiday accrued at 12.07% automatically.

UK GDPR

Personal data handled properly. Officer records, screening files and site plans treated as restricted, role-based access down to site level, encryption at rest and in transit, and UK data residency.
