How long does it take to get going?
Most teams are running a real rota within a week. Setup itself takes about ten minutes — the rest is you deciding your document rules and getting your staff signed in. We import your people from a spreadsheet if you have one.
Why flat monthly pricing instead of per person?
You get a flat base that covers your first 10 people, then £1.50 per person per month above that. It means a quiet month costs what you budgeted, a big contract costs a predictable amount more, and you never think twice about adding someone to the system — which is the whole point of having one.
What happens when I go past 10 staff?
There is no cliff. The first 10 staff are included and it is £1.50 per active person per month after that, so going from 10 to 15 costs £7.50 rather than moving you onto a different plan. You are only billed for people who are actually active — deactivate someone and the charge stops that month.
Do my staff need to buy anything?
No. The app runs on the phone they already have, iPhone or Android, and it is free for them. There are no handsets, fobs or scanners to buy — NFC tags for patrols cost pennies and are optional.
What happens to lone-worker safety if my account lapses?
Check calls and the SOS button keep working. We will suspend the dashboard over an unpaid invoice, but we will not take a safety alarm away from someone who is alone on a site at 2am.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, at any time, in full. Timesheets, staff records, documents and attendance history all export to standard formats. It is your data and there is no exit fee.
Is it built for UK employment rules?
Yes. Holiday accrues at 12.07% of hours worked as the Working Time Regulations define it, the statutory leave types are built in, and payroll export matches what UK payroll software expects.
